0265 Tongue
strange name for a pet yeah?
but that's what I call it
and it knows its name
so we get along OK
I keep it in its cage now
since it's a bit large and scary
for those who haven't met it
or know its owner
but I've given it all I can think of
to keep it amused in its cage
Hermaphrodite
I'd seen her in the pub from time to time -
shortish height, slightly awkward jerky movements
not quite to be called boyish
like her haircut,
indeterminate of age -
a worn sixteen; an undeveloped twenty-six?
but in a year or two, she seemed the latter
though her vulnerable, aggressive stance
made age irrelevant.
Your Favorite Place To Be..In Front Of The Tv
i stand before...you
as you ignore.....me
laying on the sofa, just watching t.v.
alone on the couch, as usual
i stand here, while you lay there
trying to over talk the tvs blare
as you lay there, and stare...at the tv instead of me
im wearing my heart for you on my sleeves
i stand b4 you in a lil piece of lingerie
0049 One For The Inner Child
Me, I prefer a long tale
with a happy ending,

She Is Forgotten Pt.2 (Story)
Graduation Day was today after school
school got out early
all of the future Freshmen
had to report to the High School Gymnasium
for a rehearsal...
it lasted about an hour
when she got home to get ready
for her graduation that would be starting
in 3 hours...
her sister had already been at home
You're In!
I encountered one day
in a little café
a chum from days gone by,
and oh, what a treat
when he started to greet
me with a joyful cry!
From the restroom he came
as he called me by name
and shook me by the hand;
A Showcase For Ph Poets: June 2015: Section 'A'.... [sharing Poems; Not A Contest; Monthly On Bri Edwards' Ph Site]
I’ve started a 'showcase' on my PoemHunter site,
which is NOT a contest; it’s no arena for a fight,
but instead a place where once a month I shall post..
a poem* from you, a PH member, which you’d like read most.
NO title, topic, nor length* do I plan to require.
Just send in a poem to set the PH members on fire.
Send to 'A Showcase For PH Poets', care of me.
Let's show off our stuff, and this also is free!
Restroom
Restroom
restroom
not a room to rest
but a tiny room for your breast
to exercise breathing
oh, I made a mistake
it's just a small room to poop
'One Mic'
One mic... one shot.
One chance at 'make or break'
One shot to get your voice out
One.... more minute please as I sit and let my breath out.
One mic...
One mic, One mic, One mic, One mic, and only one chance.
One opportunity.
One more.... minute please so I can get my thoughts together.
Just One mic.
Just One mic stand.
Insane
The sounds coming from the employee restroom.
Made the employees still like stone.
Because of Kristoff's extremely loud groans.
He sounded like he was in pain.
And like he was going insane.
But he came out of the restroom with a smile on his face.
While the rest of the employees thought that a skunk had entered the place.
Cell Phone Mania
Cell phones to the right,
Cell phones to the left,
Cell phones, cell phones,
everywhere I look.
Red alert, stop! Listen,
shut up and drive,
shut up and read,
Cell phones, why so many.
Flare-Up Scream
Boyd was on the date of his dreams.
When a sudden hemorrhoid flare-up made him want to scream.
He went to the restroom and dabbed on a little hemorrhoid cream.
Then everything again became a heavenly dream.
Using The Toilet
If someone is at my home and they need to piss
Whether they are a mister or a miss,
Maybe it's my father or my mother or my brother or sis
To allow them to use my toilet, I will not ever dismiss.
Whether they stand up or if they need to squat
When they need to go they will use either a toilet or a pot,
But, for me to go to another gender's toilet, I will not
The rules of decency and gender, I have not forgot.
If that urge ever hits anyone whether in a house or in a store
Or maybe during a battle or even in a war,
The Olympic Torch
November 9th of this year while the International Space Station swayed
2 Cosmonauts took a spacewalk and history was made.
They exited the station, the whole of space was now their porch,
And with them they had taken the Sochi Olympic torch.
They simulated with that torch an on-Earth relay race
The first time the Olympic torch had been in outer space.
It’s funny when I see the Olympic torch something in my head abruptly clicks
Work Poems: Running Around Screaming
Came across the acronym RAS, looked
it up, time dilation - I stood transfixed by
the delight of what I came across:
Rat Sarcoma – who wants to talk about it that
much, a rat optometrist?
Radio Astronomy Service – listening to the
whispers of the universe, the Big Bang’s
background heat softly diffusing over time
A Demon's Touch
There was one point in my life
when I was doing nothing but bad
the worst thing that came out of it
were the experiences that I had.
The first night when it happened
I was laying in my bed
my door had creaked open,
startled, I lifted my head.
Only to find an image
covering my bedroom wall
Grim Starts With G, And So Does His Name.
I still feel
his scent
lingering on my skin
when I close my eyes.
This is not
a romantic poem.
This is regarding
a dark time in my life,
Hope
get up from bed
use the restroom
go downstairs for breakfast
run to get the phone
jump to reach the top shelf
everything done in an easy way
with a healthy body
from a sitting position
Conversion Industry
The known hawks pounce by and blame me,
They nag of my faith and my books.
The final scud of light seizes back for me,
It hurls my rendering after the break
And proper as any on the shadowed untamed,
It charms me to the haze and the twilight.
I listened to their actions flouting the sticking of the furniture,
By the swayed half-door of the restroom,
I saw them floppy and pathetic,
And gave fresh water and filled buckets for their stinking body and tired feet,
Balcony And Sky
Balcony and sky
Small is my place;
For myself with thousands of heroes and villains
Single room is restroom, and bedroom and kitchen
Home to books in numbers and the rest;
Now have guests, my sister and husband.
I, therefore, like childhood, sleeping on the roof
Sleep in balcony.
